I was among the many who questioned Pujara's position in the Indian team. I always thought he plays too slowly and he is strokeless. He managed to blunt Hazlewood, Starc and Cummins which was one of the reason for India winning the series. A feat that is not easy to achieve. Now, I do not know whether the pitches in this series is having more pace and bounce when compared to the Indian series but having seen England's struggle in Australia, what would they not give for someone like Pujara. Perhaps we were too harsh on Pujara.
